[Remote] Technical Project Manager (Financial Services)

Noblesoft Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support Project Transformer in a technical and execution focused capacity. The role involves partnering with various stakeholders to design, coordinate, and implement processes for Advisory and Management New Accounts, requiring strong project management skills and financial services experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution across business process design, technical coordination, requirements tracking, testing readiness, implementation planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment
- Support requirements gathering, process design, solution implementation, testing, and deployment readiness
- Apply project management methodologies, governance processes, and delivery standards
- Coordinate Agile or hybrid delivery execution, including sprint planning, backlog tracking, dashboard management, and delivery reporting
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, action items, and change control processes
- Support large cross functional teams through project planning, execution, testing, implementation, and stabilization
- Maintain precise documentation and artifacts required by PMO, audit, technology, business, and implementation teams
- Serve as a liaison between internal business customers, technology partners, and external suppliers where applicable
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- PMP certification required
- Experience working in financial services, asset management, banking, brokerage, advisory, or securities operations required
- Smartsheet experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong execution orientation with the ability to drive clarity, accountability, and forward progress
- Comfortable working directly with business and technical teams
- Proactive, self directed, organized, and able to operate in a fast paced delivery environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation
- Ability to manage ambiguity and translate complex business or technical topics into clear project actions
- 6 to 10 years of project management experience preferred
- CSM or equivalent certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of advisory account opening, new account workflows, account transfer processes, or related financial services operations
- Knowledge of pricing processes, advisory fee processes, or account incept processes
- Knowledge of application development and project life cycle methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps or TFS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of risk management, issue tracking, change management, requirements gathering, and testing coordination
- Knowledge of information technology support and technical documentation
- Knowledge of principles of banking, finance, advisory, brokerage, or securities industry operations
