[Remote] Technical Product Manager (TPM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering background and a passion for emerging AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical programs focused on AI integrations, APIs, and cloud-native platforms, while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs focused on AI integrations, APIs and cloud-native platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture and product teams to design and implement AI agent integrations and MCP-based solutions
- Drive development and adoption of scalable APIs and microservices architectures
- Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines and success metrics
- Ensure alignment across distributed teams and manage dependencies, risks and priorities
- Establish and track program governance, reporting and communication cadence
- Facilitate technical discussions and remove blockers for engineering teams
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of modern SDLC and DevOps practices
Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead
- Understanding of API development and integration patterns
- Background in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Capability to work closely with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business value
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Experience working in globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and integrations
- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol or similar orchestration concepts)
- Background in platform engineering or large-scale system integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
