[Remote] Technical Analyst I

They are seeking a Technical Analyst I to execute technical tasks, respond to requests, analyze data, and support automation efforts while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned technical tasks and projects reliably while meeting individual and team SLAs
- Triage and respond to technical requests from internal and external partners; investigate and escalate issues when needed
- Analyze HTML/CSS structures and site layouts to support accurate and sustainable job data capture solutions
- Support development and maintenance of lightweight automations, scripts, and internal tooling using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, and regex
- Use data analysis to identify trends, workflow gaps, and operational improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and engineering partners on solutions related to data aggregation, automation, and content quality
- Maintain clear documentation, reproducible workflows, and organized technical artifacts to support scalable operations
- Adapt to changing business and technical requirements while communicating risks, dependencies, and impacts proactively
- Align daily work with operational goals while maintaining focus on employer and job seeker experience
- Deliver high-quality execution on assigned scopes; manage time effectively to meet SLAs and deadlines
- Triage technical issues; document findings; create clear tickets/bugs with reproduction details as needed
- Maintain accurate, clear documentation (processes, SOPs, runbooks, code comments) and keep it current
- Support small automations, scripts, and data tasks with supervision; contribute to tooling improvements and workflow hygiene
- Collaborate cross-functionally; route issues to the right partners; share knowledge to raise team capability
- Use data analysis to identify patterns and inform actions; escalate recurring/systemic issues for deeper investigation
- Communicate updates, risks, and changes to ensure shared understanding of impacts and timelines
Skills
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- Technical Foundations: Working knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) and/or a scripting language (e.g., Python); comfort with SQL fundamentals; solid understanding of CSS engine mechanics; ability to learn internal tools and ETL basics with guidance
- Regular Expressions (Regex): Excellent working knowledge of regular expressions (Regex) for text parsing, data validation, and pattern matching
- Analysis & Problem Solving: Structured thinking; uses data to inform decisions; conducts curiosity-driven root-cause exploration; contributes to scalable solutions with support
- Collaboration, Communication & Change Management: Clear, professional communication with peers, leaders, and partners; engages the right partners; shares knowledge and receives feedback openly; understands the business impact of change and adapts to new tools, workflows, and business needs
- Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Follows structured processes and best practices; maintains documentation; meets SLAs; contributes to vendor quality checks as needed; surfaces risks and interdependencies with guidance
- Automation, AI & Customer Impact: Applies AI and automation thoughtfully to enhance end-user experiences and operationalize processes under guidance; prioritizes work that improves Jobseeker and Employer experiences and understands how work connects to broader business objectives
