[Remote] Tax Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Navigate Search is a recruitment company seeking a Tax Recruiter to drive business development and manage a full 360 desk. The role involves acquiring clients, sourcing candidates, and advising on market trends while working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development: identifying, targeting, and winning new client relationships
- Run a full 360 desk : client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post‑placement follow‑up
- Develop deep market expertise: stay ahead of hiring trends and current compensations standards to effectively advise candidates & clients
- Build and manage a high‑quality candidate pipeline: leverage both active and passive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate internally: share market intelligence, support team goals, and contribute to the growth of the practice
- Stay organized: manage recruitment and email inboxes to ensure nothing is missed and we deliver on our core covenant of speed to market
Skills
- Tax recruitment experience is ideal but not required (accounting & finance welcome)
- Comfortable running a 360 desk (candidates & clients)
- Lover of all things business development
- Able to work 100% remote
