• Build and nurture relationships with clients
• Craft tailored hiring strategies
• Align candidates to match both skill requirements and cultural fit
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records
• Stay informed on hiring trends

Skills

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing, preferably within a staffing agency or similar environment
• Strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates, as well as conducting effective interviews
• Proficiency in leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent acquisition
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs and market trends
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven decision-making tools
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in talent acquisition for various industries is a plus
