[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will manage key relationships, guiding clients in maximizing performance and shaping AI-driven advertising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own key customer relationships —understand their growth drivers, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Act as a strategic advisor , guiding brands and agencies on maximizing performance marketing outcomes
- Develop account strategies that align with industry trends and customer objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients , understanding campaign objectives and business strategies and advising on best practices for campaign setup and execution
- Work with internal and client teams to provide performance updates , troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations
- Advocate for customers internally , ensuring their needs shape our product roadmap
- Monitor and optimize account performance , using data-driven insights to drive better results
- Lead contract renewals and expansion efforts , securing long-term customer success
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in account management at a Demand Side Platform
- Experience working with most major DSPs and a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Strong ability to communicate and influence across all levels, including C-suite executives
- Experience with performance marketing, media buying, and analytics tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
