[Remote] Staff Product Designer, AI Labs

They are seeking an experienced Staff Product Designer to lead design efforts within the Fetch app, focusing on user-centered practices and team mentorship to enhance user experiences and drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts which measurably improve people’s lives
• Guide the team’s culture through mentorship and thought leadership
• Help Fetch level-up by infusing user-centered practices across the organization
• Collaborate with other design leads on Design Ops initiatives
• Lead design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers
• Develop strong working relationships within your teams and outside of your team
• Influence & make decisions within your team
• Explore unknowns and uncover new opportunities
• Launch multiple features into production with iterations on the work in motion

Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app and enterprise tooling design experience required
• Experience building AI-powered products, both consumer and enterprise products
• Experience with Figma, or other AI-powered design tools
• Experience with animation (ideally Rive)
• Technical acumen and experience designing for complex problems and tools
• Ability to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience designing, building, maintaining and implementing design systems
• Team and/or project management experience
• Nice to have: experience building enterprise tools in Slack
