[Remote] Staff Product Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer with deep expertise in content strategy and language-driven product design. This role involves shaping content structures and frameworks in collaboration with various teams to enhance language products and user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy for high-stakes advisor experiences, defining how information is prioritized, structured, and displayed to support meaningful decision-making at the point of need
- Design and architect language products, including AI-enabled writing experiences, establishing the voice, synthesis, and information hierarchy that shape how content is generated and surfaced
- Develop content frameworks, models, and patterns that bring consistency and scalability to the product experience, and document them so learnings can be extrapolated across the broader organization
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to understand and influence how data is modeled, recognizing the downstream impact data structure has on content, AI-generated language, and the overall UX
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering to embed content thinking into product definition, ensuring content decisions are aligned to business strategy and user needs

Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, using storytelling to build trust, establish relationships, and influence content and experience strategy with stakeholders
- Integrate new content design patterns, tools, and AI-enabled practices, enriching the design methodology toolkit
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Content Strategy, Content Design, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
