[Remote] Staff, Fund Administration
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZEDRA Group is seeking an accounting or fund administration professional to join their collaborative team. The role involves preparing financial statements, regulatory filings, and supporting fund audits while ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for funds serviced by Gryphon
- Prepare regulatory filings, including Form N-PORT, semi-annual and annual reports (Forms N-CSR and N-CSRS), and other client-specific filings
- Support and assist with fund audits
- Prepare quarterly Board Book reports for various Trusts
- Prepare quarterly fund budgets and expense analyses, including accrual recommendations
- Assist with new client onboarding activities
- Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
- Deliver high-quality client service and meet agreed deadlines
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client deliverables
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support team objectives and collaborate across functions
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with internal controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately
- Maintain awareness of industry regulations and best practices
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment aligned with ZEDRA's values
- Participate actively in regular one-to-one discussions and performance feedback
- Identify and pursue personal development opportunities
- Complete all mandatory training requirements on time

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, or a similar role
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
