[Remote] Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Florida Blue is part of GuideWell and is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage full lifecycle recruiting and develop effective staffing strategies. The role involves engaging with client groups, providing consultative services, and utilizing multiple recruiting channels to attract qualified talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for primarily executive, professional, and critical talent needed to advance business objectives for any of the GuideWell companies or, lead full lifecycle recruiting in support of contingent workforce management insourcing efforts
- Proactively engage with assigned client groups to validate and refine workforce projections, talent needs, and understanding of emerging skills
- Provide consultative services to hiring managers and teams regarding the identification and/or clarification of key job responsibilities, critical skills and competencies and specific technical skills required
- Research specific industries and geographies to understand the talent and market landscape; leverage intelligence to optimize sourcing/staffing strategies; educate management market data and trends
- Develop job postings and social media posts to attract active and passive job seekers
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels and sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build talent pools; proactively source candidates through available technologies, networking, social media channels, networking opportunities, business and community partnerships, online databases, candidate lists, etc
- Evaluate candidates to present a highly qualified candidate pool to hiring managers and build pipelines for future hiring needs while providing a positive candidate experience
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Comply with State and Federal employment laws as applicable
- Work within applicable scorecard and service level agreement requirements
- Educate hiring managers and resources regarding the interpretation of employee and/or contingent workforce practices, policies, and procedures
- Participating in virtual and in person hiring events, open houses, job fairs, college fair and positively represent GuideWell as a choice employer
- Act in the capacity of a team lead/senior team member providing:
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on all facets of staffing function; resolve escalated question and/or issues
- Providing training and onboarding for new resources
- Deliver training on new and changed capabilities
- Provide support or take ownership for various programs or projects (internal, onboarding, HR projects)
- Support leadership in the coordination of work inventories
- Serve as back up to HR Manager/Leader
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and scorecard items
Skills
- 7+ years related work experience. Experience Details: or equivalent combination of education and experience (Corporate Recruiting, Agency Recruiting, HR, College Recruiting)
- Related bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
