[Remote] Sr. Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee operational support and manage teams for production applications, ensuring compliance with various reporting and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage O&M teams for production applications; meeting CDRL deadlines; monthly progress reporting; vacancy reporting; risk, issue, and action tracking; release coordination; stakeholder briefings; transition-in planning; transition-out planning; incident escalation; quality control; coordination with COR, CO, product owner, ISSO, developers, testers, and infrastructure/cyber teams
- Generate an MPR that includes progress, status, problems/issues, HIPAA and Privacy Act training status, staff training dates, and vacancy reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ten or more years managing contracts or task orders of similar scope and magnitude, preferably in Health IT
- Experience managing federal application sustainment teams; production support; cybersecurity coordination; CDRLs; transition-in; staffing; subcontractor coordination (if used); risk/action tracking; and customer reporting
- DHA, MHS, VA, CMS, DoD health, or federal healthcare system experience
- Experience managing systems involving PII, PHI, HIPAA, Privacy Act training, CAC onboarding, ADP/IT position sensitivity, and cybersecurity accreditation
- Experience managing agile sustainment, balancing production break/fix work, sprint work, and out-of-cycle emergency releases
- PMP
- PMI-ACP
- CSM/SAFe
- ITIL 4
- CISSP
- Security+
- HIPAA/Privacy training experience
