[Remote] Sr. Product Manager - Sexual Health

The Sr. Product Manager for Sexual Health will lead the product portfolio strategy, development, and lifecycle management, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution and market adoption.
Responsibilities
- Leads the Sexual Health product portfolio strategy and requirements definition, establishing clear direction on intended use claims, workflows, customer value propositions, and performance metrics to support timely business and development decisions
- Leads product development, launch, and lifecycle management for the Sexual Health assay portfolio, partnering with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to prioritize investments, support evidence generation, and ensure successful execution
- Translates customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and clinical guidelines into clear portfolio priorities, business cases, and roadmap recommendations
- Owns global product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for Sexual Health offerings, ensuring differentiation and alignment across regions and customer segments
- Partners closely with regional and commercial teams to support launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and market adoption, while balancing global consistency with local market needs
- Champions customer and market insights, integrating feedback from clinicians, laboratories, key opinion leaders, and sales teams to inform portfolio strategy and product enhancements
- Monitors portfolio performance, utilization, and market feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Provides financial and pricing leadership for the Sexual Health portfolio, including revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization
- Leads forecasting and supply planning in partnership with Operations and regional teams to support continuity, responsiveness, and business performance
Skills
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience within IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Experience in the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of diagnostic or medical device products
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing decisions across a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced global business environment
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting portfolio financials, market data, and customer insights to shape business decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
- Strong business judgment, execution focus, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address business challenges
- Willing to travel up to 20%, domestic and international
- Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred
- Experience in molecular diagnostics or sexual health is strongly preferred
