[Remote] Sr. National Growth Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stockton Mortgage Corporation is a full-service, independent mortgage bank headquartered in Frankfort, Kentucky. They are seeking a Senior National Growth Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing mortgage professionals to drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract experienced mortgage professionals and sales leaders
- Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through networking, referrals, industry events, social media, recruiting platforms, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs and maintain accurate records within the CRM
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess production history, cultural fit, licensing status, and career objectives
- Partner with executive leadership, sales management, and branch leadership to understand hiring goals and workforce planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring regulations and policies
- Provide regular recruiting activity reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics to senior leadership
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting goals established by executive leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 4 years of successful mortgage industry recruiting experience
- Proven track record of recruiting Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and mortgage sales leadership
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending, retail lending and P&L branch models
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
