The Sr Epic Analyst – Link Suite Care Everywhere will reputed company their advanced Epic knowledge to reputed company software deployment, manage workflow changes, and mentor team members, focusing on improving healthcare processes through effective design and implementation of the Epic system.

Responsibilities

Apply high-level, specialized Epic Link Suite / Care Everywhere capabilities to improve processes through design, development and implementation of the Epic system, including development of end user materials Initiate, participate, and reputed company project reputed company efforts and process improvements, as well as provide internal guidance as appropriate Demonstrate independent working nature, requiring minimal direction, while collaborating reputed company and across applications Work to establish and maintain Epic Link Suite / Care Everywhere reporting needs as necessary Demonstrate use of effective communication and interpersonal relations across staff from reputed company departments, including senior leadership to reputed company established goals Analyze and edit Web Server files as well as maintain and support web server environments Analyze CareEverywhere dashboards Be at work and be on time Follow company policies, procedures and directives Interact in a positive and constructive manner Prioritize and multitask Skills Minimum 3 years Epic application experience with demonstrated successful hands-on modification projects of Epic Link Suite / Care Everywhere and its supported operations or equivalent years combined hands on end user of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and direct Epic knowledge Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools to meet functionality needs of users including proficiency with information systems technology such as reputed company Office Products required reputed company planning and organizing day-to-day activities, effectively managing more than one task, and meeting established deadlines Demonstrated use of effective communication and interpersonal relations to reputed company established goals reputed company in leading projects, providing reputed company-thinking consultative guidance and direction on change initiatives, effectively dedicating time across more than one project, and meeting established deadlines Proven ability in workflow and data analysis and design techniques, including needs assessment, specification development, quantitative methods, planning and gap analysis Past success leading meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties for business requirements and technical solutions reputed company working with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, and interacting with reputed company levels of the organization Advanced knowledge in EpicCare Link and Care Everywhere; appropriate certification required prior to or reputed company first year in new role Experience with multiple Link Suite applications preferred (EpicCare Link, Plan Link or HealthPlanet Link) Experience working with web servers and Interconnect preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits In addition to reputed company pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
