[Remote] Sr Comms Marketing PM \- Developer Audience Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Redtech is helping their client with a Contractor search for a Senior Communications Marketing Project Manager focused on Developer Audience Marketing. This role will oversee the execution of programs funded by Nvidia, ensuring operational rigor and cross-functional alignment while providing executive visibility into performance and impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall program management, including master planning, operating rhythm, and delivery governance
- Own budget tracking, financial alignment, and funding accountability across all workstreams
- Develop and manage integrated workback schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Drive clarity of ownership, deliverables, and measurable outcomes across all initiatives
- Coordinate execution across Microsoft, Nvidia, Reactor, product marketing, community, finance, agencies, and regional teams
- Maintain clear and actionable tracking of action items and progress against commitments
- Deliver concise, executive ready updates that communicate progress, risks, and decisions
Skills
- Prior experience working at Microsoft
- Proven experience managing complex, high visibility programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including budget oversight and resource planning
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or rapidly evolving initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional coordination skills
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate execution into business impact
- Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to engagement, adoption, and partner impact
