Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to identify student needs. Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges. Deliver engaging instruction through a user-friendly online platform. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure a comprehensive educational approach for each student. Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Special Education with a successful track record. Proficient in virtual instructional technology and tools. Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong connections with students and colleagues in a virtual setting.
