[Remote] Signage Project Manager II

The Project Manager II will manage a broader portfolio of projects and clients, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage multiple projects of moderate complexity, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget. Portfolio size of approximately $850k-$1 million, annually
- Maintain accountability for project outcomes while balancing competing priorities across assigned programs
- Lead client meetings, present project status updates, and proactively manage issue resolution to maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and driving solutions aligned with business objectives
- Maintain accurate project forecasting, revenue tracking, and financial reporting within assigned programs
- Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions to protect profitability
- Negotiate vendor pricing, scopes of work, and service agreements to ensure cost control and margin objectives are met
- Manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual and quality expectations
- Partner with Program Managers on workload planning, resource alignment, and risk mitigation strategies
- Identify project risks and dependencies and lead mitigation efforts as appropriate
- Identify process gaps and execution inefficiencies; recommend and support improvements to enhance project delivery effectiveness
- Apply continuous improvement principles to daily project management activities
- Provide informal mentorship, guidance, and task-level support to Project Coordinators and newer Project Managers
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best-practice development within the project team
- Uphold Identiti service standards through proactive communication, collaboration, and accountability
- Represent the organization professionally in all client, vendor, and internal interactions
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management role within the signage industry
- Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Salesforce experience a plus
