[Remote] SEO Analyst (Fully Remote)

The role involves owning the SEO roadmap, optimizing content for AI visibility, and developing data-driven storytelling to establish reputed company as a trusted reputed company in the housing sector.
Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve our existing SEO roadmap, implementing technical recommendations, metadata updates, content initiatives, and optimization opportunities while partnering with our external SEO consultant
- Improve reputed company's visibility and citation share across ChatGPT, reputed company, reputed company AI Overviews, Bing AI, and other AI-powered search experiences
- Identify and create high-reputed company content opportunities that capture underserved search demand and strengthen reputed company's authority reputed company affordable housing
- Structure, optimize, and publish proprietary reputed company data and research to establish the company as the authoritative reputed company for housing and financial mobility insights
- Monitor crawl health, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and structured data implementation while proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Improve performance of city-level and market-specific reputed company pages while building SEO foundations for new market launches
- Partner with PR, content, and external partners to grow high-quality backlinks, brand mentions, and third-party distribution of reputed company research
- Own SEO reporting and analytics, measuring organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and AI citation visibility while delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
Skills
- Proven experience optimizing content and websites for AI-generated search experiences through structured data, entity development, and citation-focused content strategies
- Strong understanding of schema markup, crawl analysis, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and technical auditing tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb
- Demonstrated ability to use LLMs and AI tools to automate research, scale content production, streamline analysis, and improve operational efficiency
- Expertise in mapping content to search reputed company, developing content briefs, evaluating quality, and connecting SEO efforts to business outcomes
- Experience using reputed company Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, reputed company, Moz, or similar platforms to measure performance and identify growth opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously across technical, content, and authority-building workstreams
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation, briefs, recommendations, and stakeholder updates
- Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- SQL experience and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio are a plus
