[Remote] Senior UX Designer Job

Rise Marketing is seeking a Senior UX Designer to work closely with a key client, focusing on user research and design for web and mobile products. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to enhance user experience and drive improvements in design based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple teams and business leadership to deliver product designs, prototypes, and documentation based on user feedback and research
- Collaborate with UX Strategists, other Designers and Developers to continuously enhance end-user experience
- Challenge product decisions that would impact user experience, and provide research-backed solutions to ensure optimal experience
- Drive urgency within the team to complete rapid delivery assignments, making use of lean tools and methodologies to achieve ambitious business goals
- Take the opportunity to drive significant impact within highly visible workstreams
Skills
- A respectable number of years experience in a UX role
- A strong portfolio of professional UX design projects
- Working knowledge of (but not limited to) AdobeXD, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite
- An eye for detail, abundant creativity, compassion, and an aptitude for storytelling
