[Remote] Senior Technical Business Analyst

The Senior Technical Business Analyst role involves conducting complex analysis of business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting design and development phases to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex analysis of business requirements and output needs, ensuring alignment with AOMS standards and best practices
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide insights, and ensure a shared understanding to achieve optimal outcomes
- Support design, development, and testing phases by working with agile teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of output solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects identified during implementation and after production release
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues and supporting effective solution delivery across environments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Experience in output design, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into effective output solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience working in agile teams, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all deliverables
- Ability to multitask and efficiently switch between multiple tasks
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
