The role involves managing complex tax returns, collaborating with managers on client engagements, and leading Tax Associates while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with managers on client engagements
- Devise and implement tax-optimized structures
- Manage complex tax returns for various entities and individuals
- Review, strategize, and ensure client wealth and tax efficiency
- Stay updated with U.S. tax developments; research opportunities for global clients
- Lead and mentor Tax Associates, ensuring client satisfaction and project efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-5 years of tax expertise encompassing planning, compliance, and federal/state tax return preparation
- CPA/EA license or in progress
- Comprehensive understanding of tax ramifications for individuals/businesses
- Stellar organization, communication, and multitasking prowess
- Unwavering integrity and reliability
- Master's in Tax
- CPA or EA
- Proficiency in RIA Checkpoint, UltraTax, Workpapers, Practice Management, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and Word
