Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing business models to identify opportunities for innovation and disruption. Develop novel business models and strategies that leverage emerging technologies and market trends. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform business model design. Create financial projections and viability assessments for new business models. Advise senior executives on the strategic implications and implementation pathways for business model innovation. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients to foster innovation and co-create solutions. Manage project streams independently and deliver high-quality strategic recommendations. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, Innovation Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or corporate strategy, with a strong focus on business model design. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative business models for clients. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of market trends, digital technologies, and disruptive innovation frameworks. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, adapted for remote interactions. Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting. Experience working with clients across various industries is desirable. Must be based in the US and eligible to work full-time remotely.
