Remote Senior Sales Development Representative

Our client, a rapidly growing tech firm, is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fully remote sales team. Based out of the

St. Louis, Missouri, US

region, but working entirely from home, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers for their innovative software solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, a talent for building rapport with prospects, and a deep understanding of sales development best practices. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a previous SDR or BDR role, a passion for technology, and exceptional communication skills. You must be highly organized, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and social outreach. Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within organizations. Articulate the value proposition of our client's products/services clearly and concisely. Understand prospect needs and pain points to determine if our solutions are a good fit. Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads generated. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our client's product offerings. Provide feedback to management on lead quality and market insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar B2B sales role. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of sales prospecting techniques and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative work environment. Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection. Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a strong plus. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies. Apply To this Job
