[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Revvity is a developer and provider of end-to-end solutions designed to help scientists, researchers, and clinicians solve health challenges. As a Senior Project Manager on the Revvity Services team, you’ll drive customer-facing projects by managing schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery schedule by keeping resources aligned to commitments and ensuring the plan is followed
• Monitor task progress daily/weekly, remove obstacles, and keep execution moving toward milestones
• Identify roadblocks and escalate early with clear context, impact, and recommend next steps
• Maintain alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams (including project leads and team leads) through consistent communication
• Provide concise, coherent project status updates covering progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer audiences
• Manage project budgeting and financial tracking, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and keep project plans updated to maintain delivery accuracy and on-time reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 5+ years' experience running customer-facing projects end to end in the life science industry is a must
• 5+ years' experience leading projects that require close coordination among multiple stakeholders and leadership groups
• 5+ years' experience running executive call updates and aligning leadership on priorities, risks, and outcomes
• Ability to manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Proficiency with project tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) plus strong Excel skills for tracking and updates
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training
