[Remote] Senior Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Telluride Spa Care is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for managing large-scale programs from planning through execution while collaborating closely with executive leadership and various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic programs from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive organizational alignment while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope
• Present regular program updates and executive-level reporting
• Build scalable processes that improve execution and operational efficiency
• Facilitate decision-making among cross-functional teams
• Manage competing priorities while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
• Experience working with senior leadership teams
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• MBA or advanced degree
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification
• Experience within technology, healthcare, financial services, consulting, manufacturing, or other complex organizations
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, or strategic initiatives
