[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Commercial Lines

Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This role involves setting product strategy, solving complex business challenges, and using data to influence decisions that drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business leader responsible for the performance, direction, and long-term success of one or more insurance product lines
- Leverage data, financial analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to shape product strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business results
- Work closely with executive leadership and business partners across the enterprise to influence key decisions that strengthen our competitive position and create lasting customer value
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
- Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or related business functions
- Experience leading product strategy across complex or multiple lines of business
- Experience managing product portfolios or broader line-of-business performance
- Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership and leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives
