[Remote] Senior Performance Marketing Consultant, US

Branch is a leading provider of engagement and performance mobile SaaS solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Consultant to join their Business Strategy team. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, optimizing ad spend, and ensuring effective use of data to drive maximum ROI.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on mobile ad ecosystems, specifically focusing on SANs (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, etc.) and programmatic partners
- Audit customer data flows to identify inefficiencies and clean up attribution discrepancies. You will ensure that the data connections between brands and the MMP are accurate and actionable
- Navigate the relationship between brands, ad agencies, and our platform to ensure alignment on KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Translate complex data analysis into high-impact presentations for performance marketers and senior stakeholders, providing clear recommendations on how to reallocate spend for maximum returns
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into campaign performance to identify efficiency gains and provide a roadmap for scaling ad spend sustainably
- Articulate and vocalize best practices and Branch platform benefits to public audiences via webinars, live conferences and written blogs
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, mobile growth, or digital media consulting. Either in-house or on the agency side
- Expertise in Mobile Attribution: Deep knowledge of how MMPs work and the nuances of SKAdNetwork (SKAN), ATT, partnerships with agencies and cross-platform tracking
- SAN Specialist: You understand the 'black box' of Self-Attributing Networks inside and out and understand how to validate their reported performance against third-party data
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools to manipulate large datasets and extract meaningful trends. Fluent in turning large amounts of data into concise, insightful visualizations
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to command a room (or a Zoom) of executives and influence their strategic roadmap through data
- Inquisitive Mindset: You enjoy the 'detective work' of finding why data doesn't match, and have a passion for creating new analyses, standards, benchmarks and best practices. You can even turn your expertise into training and educational materials to support other teams
- Experience working at an MMP or a major Ad Agency in a technical/strategic role
- Background in Econometrics or Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Active participation in the mobile growth community
- Management or strategy consulting experience
