[Remote] Senior People Operations Compensation Analyst

The role involves supporting compensation processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational execution of compensation cycles, audits, and data validation
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Compensation, and People Technology teams
- Support Workday Compensation, Time Tracking, and Time Off processes
- Perform data audits, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimization
- Document business requirements and support system enhancements
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Compensation Operations, HR Operations, Payroll Operations, HRIS, or People Operations
- Advanced experience with Workday Compensation, Time Tracking, and Time Off
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles and payroll readiness
- Strong data auditing, reconciliation, and process improvement skills
- Experience with AI-enabled tools or workflow automation (e.g., n8n)
