[Remote] Senior Onboarding Accounting Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Onboarding Accounting Specialist to guide new clients through system setup and ensure their accounts are prepared for success.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily client meetings to gather data and build trust
- Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts to ensure seamless integration with our bookkeeping systems
- Compare signed proposals to actual needs; recommend scope/pricing changes
- Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to transition accounts into ongoing support with the Accounting Specialists team
Skills
- 4+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role
- Public or multi-client accounting background
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting
- Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based accounting
