[Remote] Senior Manager Revenue Operations

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will optimize systems, processes, and reporting to support ViB's revenue organization, collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and enable scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and go-to-market initiatives through operational analysis and reporting
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting and forecasting processes
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, bookings, retention, and revenue performance
- Analyze business trends, identify operational risks, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Maintain consistent reporting standards across the revenue organization
- Document, optimize, and standardize revenue processes across the customer lifecycle
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend scalable improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Lead operational improvement initiatives that increase productivity and consistency
- Ensure revenue processes are documented, maintained, and adopted across the organization
- Serve as the primary operational owner for Salesforce and the revenue technology ecosystem
- Gather business requirements and prioritize system enhancements
- Partner with Engineering, IT, and external vendors on system integrations and automation
- Improve CRM adoption through documentation, training, and process improvements
- Evaluate new technologies that improve operational effectiveness and scalability
- Implement and maintain data governance standards that improve data quality and consistency
- Monitor customer and revenue data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop reporting and monitoring processes that proactively identify data quality issues
- Support the ongoing development of a centralized, trusted source for revenue reporting
- Improve access to actionable business insights across departments
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to improve alignment across the revenue lifecycle
- Maintain consistent funnel definitions, KPIs, and reporting methodologies
- Support territory planning, account assignments, and operational planning initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects that improve execution and visibility across teams
- Build reporting and operational processes that support customer retention and expansion
- Monitor customer health, renewal, churn, and program performance metrics
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Recommend process improvements based on customer and operational data
- Lead Revenue Operations projects and mentor team members
- Establish priorities, project plans, and performance expectations for operational initiatives
- Coordinate work across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Manage technology, vendor, and operational priorities related to the Revenue Operations function
- Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects
- Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve business efficiency
- Recommend process improvements that support business growth and scalability
- Present operational findings and recommendations to department leaders and executive leadership
- Stay current on Revenue Operations best practices and recommend opportunities for improvement
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
- 3+ years leading operational projects, process improvement initiatives, or managing teams
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting, dashboards, automation, and process design
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Asana, Looker, or similar business systems
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with data governance, CRM administration, and workflow automation
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Demand Generation, Marketing Services, or Technology
