[Remote] Senior IT Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LingaTech is seeking a high-performing IT Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing the full lifecycle recruitment process and partnering with Account Managers to recruit top technology professionals across various disciplines while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition intake through candidate start
- Partner with Account Managers to develop recruiting strategies and prioritize high-impact requisitions
- Recruit across multiple technical disciplines including software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, ERP, project management, business analysis, and executive technology leadership
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, talent communities, social media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified technology professionals to support current and future hiring needs
- Evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, communication skills, career objectives, and cultural fit
- Prepare polished, client-ready candidate submissions that meet all VMS/MSP and client-specific requirements
- Recruit within VMS/MSP environments while consistently meeting aggressive submission deadlines and compliance requirements
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching throughout the interview and offer process
- Negotiate compensation and employment terms while successfully closing candidates
- Coordinate offers, onboarding, and pre-employment activities with internal partners
- Maintain complete, timely documentation within JobDiva
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up
- Successfully manage multiple concurrent requisitions while meeting recruiting KPIs and client delivery expectations
- Remain current on emerging technologies, labor market trends, and recruiting best practices
Skills
- 6+ years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience
- 2+ years supporting VMS/MSP programs
- Success recruiting both contract and direct-hire technology professionals
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous concurrent requisitions in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques
- Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience maintaining accurate ATS/CRM documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and customer service
- Experience supporting state, local, or federal government clients
- Experience with government staffing contracts, systems integrators, or consulting organizations
- Experience recruiting within an IT staffing agency environment
- Experience recruiting executive or highly specialized technology talent
- Experience using JobDiva or a comparable ATS/CRM platform
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
