[Remote] Senior Human Resources Manager

This highly visible leadership position involves strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, employee development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO, COO, and leadership team to align HR initiatives with company goals and long-term growth
- Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development strategies
- Provide guidance and recommendations on staffing, employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend improvements that strengthen employee performance and retention
- Lead and oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-quality talent
- Develop strategies to strengthen the company's employer brand and talent pipeline
- Improve onboarding processes to ensure new employees are successful from day one
- Design and implement leadership development, coaching, and employee training programs
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management
- Build and maintain a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and transparent communication
- Coach managers on employee issues while ensuring consistency and fairness throughout the organization
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and employee records remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, HRIS, payroll collaboration, and HR operations
- Manage employment-related risk while maintaining company policies and best practices
- Partner with third-party vendors, benefit providers, and strategic HR partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
- Establish department goals, monitor performance, and ensure the HR team delivers exceptional service across the organization
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Skills
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience within a healthcare organization
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, HR policies, and organizational development
- Experience developing HR strategies that support business objectives
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience using HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making
