[Remote] Senior Group Manager, Field Marketing - Acute Care and Monitoring

The Senior Manager, Field Marketing will lead a team of Field Marketing professionals to shape strategic marketing initiatives that drive market development and share growth across the Acute Care & Monitoring business.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Field Marketing team, providing strategic direction, performance management, and professional development to drive organizational success
- Establish and execute the vision, priorities, and operating model for the Field Marketing function, ensuring alignment with U.S. ACM commercial objectives and marketing strategies
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Research & Development, and Medical Affairs leadership to develop and execute market development and share-growth strategies that advance business priorities and customer engagement
- Guide the team in designing and implementing regional segmentation, targeting, and account-based marketing strategies to identify, prioritize, and capture growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure field marketing programs effectively support commercial objectives, accelerate technology adoption, and enhance customer value across regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, professional societies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), while coaching team members to strengthen external stakeholder engagement
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and communication of customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy and decision-making
- Partner with Global Integrated Marketing to align field marketing priorities with broader campaign strategies and ensure the development of effective tools, assets, and programs that drive product adoption and utilization
- Direct the planning and execution of regional and account-based marketing initiatives, ensuring programs are tailored to key customer segments and aligned with commercial priorities
- Lead resource allocation, budget management, and prioritization efforts to maximize business impact, operational efficiency, and return on investment
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting processes to evaluate program effectiveness, measure business outcomes, and communicate results to senior leadership
- Serve as a key member of the U.S. Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and culture-building initiatives
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other business partners to drive alignment and execution excellence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, commercial leadership, or related functions within healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other highly competitive markets with a Bachelor's degree or 5 years with an advanced degree
- Must 5+ years of people, program or project management experience
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing marketing, sales, or commercial teams, including experience managing managers and/or geographically dispersed field-based teams
- Proven ability to influence and align senior leaders across complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with experience translating market insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives, managing budgets, allocating resources, and driving measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of the organization
- Strong customer orientation with a track record of developing meaningful relationships with customers, professional societies, and industry thought leaders
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution while driving accountability and results
