[Remote] Senior Golang Engineer - AI

They are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help design and develop the core systems that will power the future of AI.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale highly available backend services and APIs powering AI infrastructure products
- Develop cloud-native systems that support large-scale AI and machine learning workloads
- Architect distributed systems with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and scalability
- Build and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and services
- Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and security teams to bring new products to market
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and long-term platform strategy
- Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices across the organization
- Improve observability, automation, deployment workflows, and operational excellence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience
- Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems in production environments
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Experience building distributed systems, microservices, and APIs
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience building infrastructure, platform, developer tooling, or security products
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, model deployment platforms, or large-scale data systems
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with containerization technologies
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
