[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst (CST, EST OR MST)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Bolton Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in a newly created, fully remote position. The role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while partnering with leadership to enhance financial operations in a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare financial reporting and performance analysis
- Develop executive-level reporting and presentations
- Provide insights and decision support to business leaders
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help build and improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and workflows
- Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and special projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Comfortable working in a changing, growth-oriented environment
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with willingness to support beyond traditional responsibilities
- Ability to work core business hours aligned with Central Time
