Remote Senior Event Planner - Virtual Experiences

The Senior Event Planner will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, reputed company audience, and desired outcomes, translating these into seamless and impactful virtual experiences. Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events, including conferences, webinars, product launches, and internal meetings. Manage reputed company logistical aspects of virtual events, from platform selection and configuration to agenda development and speaker management. reputed company engaging content strategies and interactive elements to maximize attendee participation and impact. reputed company technical production aspects, ensuring smooth streaming, audio-visual quality, and platform functionality. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event goals and deliver tailored virtual experiences. Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency. reputed company detailed project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents for each event. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., AV technicians, platform providers) to ensure seamless execution. Analyze event performance data and provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future events. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in virtual event planning and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, with a significant focus on virtual or hybrid events. Proven experience managing reputed company virtual events from conception to completion. In-depth knowledge of various virtual event platforms (e.g., reputed company, Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo) and engagement tools. Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Experience managing event budgets and negotiating with vendors. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
