[Remote] Senior ERP Financial Systems Analyst

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Financial Systems Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise ERP financial system. This is a senior-level functional analyst role focused on supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, resolving production issues, configuring the system, leading business process improvements, and partnering with business and technical teams to enhance financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Configure and maintain ERP financial modules to support business operations
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide advanced application support
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system enhancements
- Coordinate testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Support financial processes including voucher processing, vendor management, invoice matching, payments, month-end, and year-end activities
- Monitor ERP batch jobs and resolve processing issues
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and third-party support vendors
- Develop functional documentation, training materials, and process documentation
- Support system upgrades, PeopleSoft updates, and new feature implementations
- Participate in disaster recovery testing, major incident response, and release management
- Ensure compliance with security standards, accessibility requirements, and IT service management best practices
Skills
- Extensive experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly the Accounts Payable module
- Strong experience configuring PeopleSoft Financials modules
- Experience with SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Application Designer, and Integration Broker
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft security and ERP system administration
- Experience supporting ERP batch processing and job scheduling
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and ITIL methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Experience with additional PeopleSoft Financial modules such as General Ledger, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Project Costing, Travel & Expense, or Accounts Receivable
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting
- Knowledge of NIST security standards and accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience supporting enterprise financial systems in large, complex organizations
