[Remote] Senior Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics

As Senior Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics, you will engage with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to demonstrate media program efficacy and inform the innovation of OptimizeRx’s value presentation to customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary owner of the presentation of client program impact measurement with ultimate responsibility for market-facing positioning of measurement
- Provide insight and market perspective to internal and external stakeholders regarding methodological approaches
- Manage program, project level work queue and delegation to Engagement Management directs
- Provide consultation and leadership to the Engagement Managers to ensure successful design, fulfillment, and execution of projects
- Manage and plan for Engagement Management functional capacity
- Partner with Sales and Account Management for preparation and delivery of program impact measurement to customers, identifying actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to ‘meet customers where they are’ by configuring impact KPIs to dynamics and objectives of each customer and their end market
- Partner with Reporting and Product teams to evolve and enhance measurement capabilities, with scalability in mind
- Gather market feedback and demand to inform on market needs for product team to develop new data and analytics solutions with recurring and repeatable revenue (i.e., SaaS-style offerings)
- Assess the need for partner channels (e.g., data or otherwise) to develop new assets to accelerate portfolio expansion and market penetration
- Drive innovation through custom engagements with clients; including new product concepts and context solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of longitudinal patient analytics experience
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated people management experience
- 3 years' experience in client facing role
- Experience in Omni-Channel measurement methodologies and optimization experience
- Experience working with third party healthcare claims data sources or electronic healthcare record (EHR) data and/or other real world data sources
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
