[Remote] Senior Director, Analytics Consulting

As the Senior Director of Analytics Consulting, you will lead the Analytics Center of Excellence team to deliver strategic value through data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring that Komodo's offerings meet customer needs and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics consulting delivery — overseeing successful execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts
• Serve as a senior pre-sales partner, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for Sales and Account Management teams during scoping, proposal development, and customer-facing consultative conversations
• Own the analytics consulting delivery model within ACE, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs that drive customer product adoption and long-term retention
• Guide Account Management and Customer Success teams on account strategy, ensuring customers fully leverage Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings to achieve their desired business outcomes
• Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into workflows, identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer impact
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform new offerings and features, acting as an internal voice of the customer with deep industry context
• Build, staff, and develop a high-performing analytics services team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Skills

• Experience leading professional services functions within the healthcare or life sciences domain, ideally spanning both delivery and pre-sales
• Hands-on experience in business analytics in biopharma, including working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Real-World Evidence teams and data (HCP, provider, payer, patient-level)
• Strong consultative instincts – you identify and proactively offer recommendations based on customer insights, and are comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer usage, satisfaction, and retention through strategic planning, proactive engagement, and high-quality delivery
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, including the integration of GenAI tools into analytics or operational workflows
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of coaching and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and complex initiatives simultaneously with high quality and grace under pressure
• Applies AI strategically, knowing how to use the right tools at the right time to solve problems or generate new ideas
• Uses AI to accelerate feedback loops, test ideas, and make informed decisions faster
• Applies both judgment and creativity when working with AI and understands its limitations
• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in exploring new AI tools and workflows relevant to their role
• Has developed or shared AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts with others
• Brings a reflexive AI mindset and uses AI as a natural part of their process to iterate, research, and deliver better work
• Comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments across writing, data analysis, content creation, or design
• Regularly leverages AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot i.e. to improve speed, clarity, or creative output
