[Remote] Senior Brand & Growth Marketer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AcquiMatch is the leading concierge acquisition search and match service for first-time business buyers. They are seeking a Senior Brand & Growth Marketer to build a content-driven lead engine and enhance the brand's presence to generate a predictable flow of qualified leads. The role involves managing various marketing channels, optimizing content strategies, and leveraging the founder's personal brand for growth.
Responsibilities
- Build the lead engine that makes AcquiMatch impossible to ignore
- Edit, produce, and ship our weekly newsletter
- Build our newsletter-to-blog strategy
- Own our LinkedIn presence, the channel our audience lives on
- Run our webinars end to end
- Repurpose the newsletter into long-form YouTube and short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
- Manage our (already built) studio and hire and direct a freelance video editor so content ships on schedule and on-brand
- Deliver a predictable 5 to 10 qualified leads per week from owned channels by the end of your first 90 days
- Optimize our existing lead magnets and nurture sequences so leads convert to booked calls
- Build and refine nurture sequences from our content library so no lead goes cold
- Track CAC and lead quality, and protect a high close rate on marketing-sourced calls
- Plan, launch, and analyze paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) to amplify what's working organically and accelerate lead flow
- Own the ad budget against a target cost-per-qualified-lead with rigor
- Treat the founder's personal brand as a primary growth channel
- Script the founder for VSLs, short-form, and long-form
- Capture content with the founder in studio, at events, and with clients so we never miss a moment worth posting
- Build a pipeline of speaking, podcast, and interview opportunities so inbound requests grow
- Help launch our own podcast when the engine can support it
- Guard our brand voice and visual identity across everything: written materials, decks, collateral, social
- Oversee brand usage across the team so everything that ships is on-brand
- Stay ahead on SEO, AI tools, and new tactics that help us stand out and get discovered
- As leads, clients, and revenue grow, build the broader marketing strategy and the team to run it
- Shape our partnership and sponsorship strategy, assessing communities and opportunities for high ROI
- Recruit, manage, and develop freelancers and future hires as we scale
Skills
- 6+ years in content, brand, or growth marketing, ideally for a founder-led or creator-led brand
- You've built content-driven lead engines, not just done marketing
- Strong Writer & Editor: You carry a brand voice across newsletter, social, and scripts without losing the thread
- Hands-On Producer: Comfortable with studio gear, filming, and directing edits, and you design clean, on-brand assets in Canva
- Paid Ads Competence: You've run and read ad accounts and know a healthy cost-per-qualified-lead
- Funnel Thinking: Lead magnet to nurture to booked call to close
- Genuine Ownership: You own a channel end to end without being told how, and you bring a point of view
- You make complex, boring topics (business buying, finance, M&A) genuinely compelling
- You've helped scale a personal brand (Hormozi, Martell, Cole Gordon, etc)
- You've thrived in a small, fast-paced startup where you owned outcomes, not tasks
- Familiarity with ETA, SMB, finance, or high-ticket B2C is a strong plus
