[Remote] Senior Allied Recruiter

Health Carousel Nursing & Allied Health is one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing healthcare staffing companies, seeking a Senior Allied Recruiter to drive the growth of the organization. The role involves prospecting, qualifying candidates, and securing contracts within hospitals or clinics nationwide to meet the staffing needs of allied healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Building a foundational pipeline of allied healthcare professionals throughout the United States by cold-calling leads and contacting leads brought through targeted sourcing channels
  • Developing rapport, identifying candidates’ needs, and staying in constant contact with hot prospects who will eventually be able to go on contract
  • Winning relationships and earning trust with candidates so that you can explore jobs outside their immediate geographic preference area
  • Working a multifaceted strategy of cold calling, secondarily sourced candidates, company-generated leads, a proprietary company database, referrals, social media, etc
  • Matching candidates with opportunities at client hospitals and healthcare facilities located across the country
  • Negotiating compensation packages, including hourly wages, bonuses, and optional company-funded travel and housing arrangements
  • Work with internal credentialing and compliance staff to ensure that healthcare providers meet the standards for our clients
  • Collaborate with internal travel department personnel to make safe, comfortable, and cost-effective travel and housing arrangements for confirmed assignments
  • Work with Payroll and other support departments to ensure that healthcare providers on assignment are compensated accurately and on time
  • Work closely with management, clinical, HR, and legal personnel to address and resolve performance-related issues when necessary, with providers on assignment
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity metrics and performance targets

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have 3+ years of healthcare sales recruiting experience (allied is highly preferred)
  • Great communication, including written and oral
  • Excellent at overcoming objections
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good at building relationships
  • Fantastic at having tough conversations
  • Master at pipeline management
  • Must have a proven track record of success and show proof
  • Lead by example and inspire others in your actions, attitude, and activities
  • Able to handle a high volume of providers (20+ Traveler FTEs)
  • Must be a person of character and integrity who is respectful, reliable, and responsible
  • Great with Technology
