The role focuses on new business development within U.S.-based enterprise and upper mid-market organizations, requiring a consultative sales approach and collaboration with various teams to close complex engagements.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and open new enterprise accounts across marketing, brand, and digital teams
- Lead discovery conversations and position consultative, strategy-driven solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using Salesforce and outbound prospecting tools
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups within enterprise organizations
- Develop tailored presentations aligned to client objectives
- Partner cross-functionally to scope, price, and close complex global engagements
- Maintain consistent performance against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Skills
- 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience in social media, digital marketing services, agency environments, or MarTech
- Proven success selling multi-market or multi-year engagements (typical ACV $30K+)
- Experience selling into enterprise or upper mid-market organizations
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Consultative, strategic sales approach
- Comfortable selling intangible, strategy-led services
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
