[Remote] Senior Account Executive · Enterprise Focus

IQRush.ai is a company focused on precision measurement infrastructure for probabilistic AI models, and they are seeking a Senior Account Executive to own full-cycle sales into marketing organizations. The role involves generating pipeline, closing foundational logos, and helping to shape the sales strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, run discovery and demos, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and close
- Sell into marketing leadership (CMO, VP Growth, Head of SEO/Demand) and translate a novel product into clear business value
- Generate your own pipeline alongside marketing and SDR support
- Partner with product and Customer Success team to onboard early customers and feed learnings back into the roadmap
- Help build the sales playbook, messaging, and competitive positioning
Skills
- 3–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience with demonstrable, verifiable quota attainment (Enterprise-tier candidates should show six-figure, multi-stakeholder deal experience)
- Experience selling to marketing buyers, ideally from a mar-tech, ad-tech, SEO, or analytics vendor
- Comfort evangelizing an unproven category and operating without a finished playbook
- A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast, daily-shipping startup environment
- Strong discovery skills, you surface the failure modes buyers are quietly worried about before they have to ask
- Background selling a technical or analytics product to non-technical marketing buyers
- Experience at a high-growth, category-creating company
