[Remote] Senior Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CodeRoad Inc is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help enterprise engineering organizations adopt AI-enabled solutions. This consultative, full-cycle sales role focuses on building relationships with technical leadership and driving net-new enterprise business.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Build and manage an enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage technical champions and executive buyers across Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure organizations
- Technical Discovery: Understand customer engineering workflows, operational challenges, AI adoption goals, and business priorities
- Complex Enterprise Sales: Manage long sales cycles, procurement, security reviews, negotiations, and deal execution for enterprise accounts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Architecture, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong customer outcomes
Skills
- 7–10+ Years of Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: Proven success in a full-cycle enterprise closing role focused on net-new business
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing software development workflows, cloud infrastructure, engineering operations, and AI solutions with technical stakeholders
- Executive Presence: Ability to build trust with CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior technical leadership
- Enterprise Sales Methodology: Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message, or similar methodologies preferred
