[Remote] Senior Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GENICOS, powered by Syneos Health, is focused on translating scientific knowledge into meaningful stories. In this role, you will serve as the primary customer contact on a project management level, responsible for managing account workload and executing tactical objectives aligned with brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead for tactical work including securing information for the internal team, communicating with brand team, leading customer status meetings, participating in regulatory/medical reviews, etc
- Drive customer process by possessing a deep understanding of customer requirements and systems to effectively drive projects to completion
- Build/foster relationships with customers and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactic objectives and business needs
- Work to stay current with brand information (data, strategy, competitive dynamics) and understand the brand’s strategic goals/objectives
Skills
- 2+ years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing at an agency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Professional
