[Remote] SD-WAN Project Manager (W2)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is partnering with a Fortune 10 client to find an experienced Project Manager for a multi-site SD-WAN network transformation initiative within a healthcare environment. This role will oversee the entire process from planning to deployment and post-cutover optimization, ensuring minimal disruption to critical clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between network changes and clinical application performance requirements
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clinical stakeholders
- Ensure no degradation to critical applications (EHR, imaging, telehealth) during and post migration
- Partner with application teams to validate workflows and end-user experience
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on infrastructure or network initiatives
- Healthcare IT experience
- Proven experience leading network transformation projects (WAN, SD‑WAN, cloud networking, or similar)
- Experience managing multi-site, phased deployments
- Strong understanding of: Network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routing, VPNs)
- Strong understanding of: Performance metrics (latency, packet loss, jitter)
- Demonstrated experience using project and portfolio management tools including Smartsheet's, Jira, and Planview
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP
