[Remote] Science Recruiter, Amazon University Talen Acquisition, AUTA Science Recruiting Team

Amazon is seeking talented recruiters for its University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) science recruiting team to attract and hire future scientists and innovators from student talent. The role involves partnering with business and recruiting teams to build innovative strategies for sourcing and hiring students while managing candidate experiences and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needs
- Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
- Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy
- Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders
- Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
- Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc
Skills
- 5+ years of technical recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience and knowledge on candidates associated with top scientific publications from conferences
- Deep domain expertise with a breadth of scientific disciplines including, but not limited to LLMs, CV, NLP, AR, Quantum, etc
