Remote School Physical Therapist - AZ

A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth and school-based services within an educational setting in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on delivering physical therapy support via telehealth platforms as well as in-person services to students, addressing their unique developmental and mobility needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students via telehealth and onsite interventions.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate physical therapy goals into students educational programs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy methods to optimize functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to school personnel regarding physical therapy techniques as necessary.
