[Remote] SAP Support Analyst

They are seeking an SAP Support Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing configuration, managing master data, and integrating systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for SAP processes including quotes, sales orders, deliveries, billing, and invoicing
- Resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests in a timely manner
- Support customer data and configuration
- Assist with testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration rationale, and training materials
Skills
- 4+ Years SAP S/4HANA system configuration experience
- Analytical Skills and Consulting
- Experience with SAP Business Process and Master Data
- Integration experience with SAP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- SAP Certified Application Associate
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS procurement regulations
