[Remote] SAP FICO Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SPADTEK SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO implementations and collaborate with business and technical teams to design and optimize financial processes in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO implementations, upgrades, and support engagements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
- Configure and support core SAP FI modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Financial Closing
- Configure and support SAP CO modules including:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Design and implement SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Perform Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process mapping
- Collaborate with integration teams for SAP MM, SD, PP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other cloud solutions
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support
- Create functional specifications and work with development teams on enhancements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
Skills
- 15+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration
- Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Experience with integration points between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification
- Experience with Central Finance (CFIN)
- Knowledge of Group Reporting, Revenue Recognition, and Treasury processes
- Experience in multi-country/global SAP deployments
- Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or finance industries
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP BTP exposure
- SAP Ariba integration experience
- SAP SuccessFactors integration experience
- Public Cloud migration projects
